The branch service offices in Bekasi and Tangerang are opened based on the economical potencies of those two cities. The development of residential and commercial markets pushes developers to build strata title office buildings, which makes Serpong has bright prospect as the supplier of office spaces in Tangerang. And for the market potency of DKI Bank in Ciledug is also quite enormous, which showed by the high amount of teachers whose schools located near the border between South Jakarta and Tangerang, who has become DKI Bank customers.
The economic potency of each of those areas gives strong foothold to DKI Bank to penetrate the market with their products, namely Simpeda, Monas, and TabunganKu saving accounts, as well as multi-use loan for retail segment. While for industrial segment, the products marketed are Investment Loan, Business Capital Loan or loan for Micro, Small, and Medium Scales Businesses are KUMK Monas, Citizen Business Loan, and UKM pockets.
